Please be mindful of the vintage lace, take care to follow wash instructions - hand wash, lay flat. If you are going to put them in the washing machine, which is not recommended but absolutely use a garment bag. If you put the swimwear in the washing machine then it will most likely be ruined and that would be sad to ruin a work of art. Do not use the dryer. on this or any swimwear. it breaks down the delicate elastine (stretch) in the fabrics. Lay flat is best. If you do hang, which is not recommended, but have two points of weight / hooks. Love your creation, there aren't many out there, it's a true thread that holds us together.
Free Fit Exchange for unworn items, in original packaging with no marks, stains, or signs of use. Bottoms must have hygiene lining. Customer will receive shipping for new size or store credit upon approval of items, allow 2-4 business days. Orders sent in re-usable shipping bags for your convenience. Customer much request return label within 14 days of receipt of delivery to info@jillianvonbeyer.com, with order number in subject, include size request exchange and/or we'll happily answer questions or details regarding your fit. All fit exchange labels are ground shipping, one exchange / item is facilitated by JVBswim for full price items, customer responsible for exchange shipping any items using discount code. Please take care to order your size according to JVB fit chart and sizing as then there is great success rate on your fit. No refunds of any purchases, all refunds will be store credit only, items 11% or more off of original price are final sale for in stock items.

Details: Pre-sale begins 1/23/24 at 9 am EST and, as supplies allow, lasts through Feb 13th, 2024. Pre-orders, will continue as supplies last through to production deliveries.
Delivery & Shipping: Allow 6-8 weeks for shipping for all colorways from the end of pre-sale. You will be updated with confirmation of the shipping time period. Due to limited availability and the made-to-order nature of pre-sale, Orders are asked not to be changed after 48 hours of placing the order.

Returns: While items are final sale, if there is a request for exchange for size for an unworn item, please contact info@jillianvonbeyer.com with details, including the order number and new size request, as early as possible and no later than 14 days from delivery so that we may accommodate you to the best of our ability.
