Refund Policy

JVBswim offers 14-day fit exchange or return for store credit policy. Requests must be received within 14 days from order delivery. Items discounted 10% or more from original price are not available for return/exchange, items must be in new condition. 

To request an exchange in size, return,  please  email info@jillianvonbeyer.com with subject "JVBswim: Return/Echange Request Order #xxxx"  with request and order confirmation attached within 14 calendar days of delivery of order.

Order cancellations requests will be refunded in store credit less 20% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once tracking information has been provided. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn /unused, no bodily odors or fluids, stains, or damage and in its original packaging with proper order confirmation to request exchange or return. Please try on your order when you are clean and with underwear.  Items with make-up, self-tanner, or other stains will not be accepted.

If we are able to fulfill your request, domestic orders will receive a return shipping label via email, and international orders will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and not returned to sender. Items must be scanned in to post office or post-marked within 7 business days of receipt of label. Domestic orders usps pick-up is available to schedule with return shipping label. All orders are sent in multi-use packaging for your convenience.

Show Shop: In stock items follow policy, Pre-Sale / Pre-Order items available for fit exchange within 14 days following above policy for conditions of exchange items. 1/1 pieces are final sales. 

 Store credit will be issued in form of store credit to customer account as applicable, or JVBswim.com gift card for amount of order less return shipping  discount amount once items have been received and unworn condition is confirmed. New items in confirmed fit exchange timing vary upon item but we do our best to ship out as soon as possible and within  14 days. Any items used in social media posting will not be eligible for return. JVB Swim reserves the right to cancel orders if suspicious or or customer has made multiple returns. 

Once items have been checked into the post, we can do our best to help if there is any issue but cannot be held responsible for timing or delays incurred. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item needs a doctor, please contact info@jillianvonbeyer.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
